The Premise:

One man. A guitar named Audrey and a dream on wheels.
A voice like liquid gold and songs that heal.
Big Water is bringing his homestyle, feel good, folky, country, blues to you!

The Layout:

This year’s tour is something special and rare. My beautiful guitar, Audrey and I are teaming up with my old friend Big Red, to head out across the country. Get ready. It’s going to be a long ride, woo hoo! Things kick off on the Spring Equinox in March and will be ending on the Fall Equinox in September. Yep, that’s right, six months on the road! Whew! Please come join me on this wonderful, crazy, evolving musical journey…

The Characters:

Big Water: That’s me!

Audrey Martin: A 2007 D42 Martin acoustic guitar.

Big Red: A 1993 Ford F150 4x4 pick up truck with a cap on the back. You guessed it, he’s red! I got Big Red as a pup, brand new, with only 26 miles on him. Now he is 17 years old with just over 220,000 miles. In mint condition, he is excited to be the wheels that roll this musical ride!

The Ride:

Goes from Oregon, Montana, Utah, California, Nevada, Colorado, Ohio, Colorado, California, Oregon, Colorado, California and home to Oregon!

…I’ll be traveling alone, but won’t be if you come along. I’ll take all the company I can get! Ride along by checking in on my daily ‘Brain Drops’! I’m writing a daily journal for the next six months. I’ll be putting up video, photos, music, contests, fan input and my highlights and lowlights. If you’ve ever wondered what it was like to play music on the road and try to survive, come along with us!
