Day 44! Yes, stop & boogie down y'all! This song is another reminder to sometimes just stop and boogie down. Life goes so fast and humans are so busy that before you know it, you went from over there to over here. So, this is my James Brown tribute song to inject some stop and some boogie and some fun in your life. Gotta get up to get down and gotta get down to get up! Get some! The intro is a chant that I made up and I sang all the parts!
